The SA-W3000 is a 12 inch subwoofer from Sony that delivers 180 watts of amplified bass audio. It includes speaker level and line level inputs for easy setup. There is enough power to this sub to fill an average sized room and the sound quality is very good for the low price of this model, however if you really want tight sound you might want to consider something that costs a little bit more.
The frequency range for the SA-W3000 is 20-200Hz with only 10% distortion.

This is a great subwoofer, especially if you are hunting for a bargain. The sound is deep, rich, and fairly tight. The SA-W3000 is well suited to movies and the casual user.

If you want tight sound or high quality music listening experience than this may not be the right sub for you. Also, the sub is not quite as powerful as it could be, so if you want loud bass audio you might want to invest in something a little more powerful.
